Our classes are tailored to your group and designed to be welcoming, fun, and beginner-friendly. Each session features mat-based Pilates that can be customized to match your group’s energy, goals, and experience level.

We bring everything needed directly to your location — mats, Pilates balls, and bands. Whether it’s your home, hotel, Airbnb, beach house, or event space — making the experience completely seamless for you and your guests.

Want to personalize your event? We can create a custom playlist or themed experience to make your event even more memorable. Wellness-inspired goodie bags are also available as an optional add-on.
