At The Wellness Edit, we believe movement should feel empowering, social, and unforgettable. What started as a passion for wellness and connection has grown into an experience-driven fitness concept designed to bring people together through movement, music, and meaningful moments.
Whether you’re celebrating a bachelorette weekend, hosting a private event, planning a corporate wellness experience, or simply gathering friends for a fun and elevated workout, we blend the energy of an event with the expertise of a professional fitness studio.
Our instructors are highly qualified fitness professionals with backgrounds in Pilates, functional training, group fitness, mobility, and mind-body wellness. Many of our instructors have years of experience teaching clients of all fitness levels — from beginners stepping onto the mat for the first time to athletes and active adults looking to improve strength, mobility, and confidence. Each instructor is carefully selected not only for their certifications and experience, but also for their ability to create an encouraging, welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest feel comfortable and included.
This experience goes beyond the workout itself. We curate sessions that are upbeat, approachable, and customized to your group’s vibe — whether that means a beachside flow, a luxury wellness morning, an après-ski inspired recovery session, or a high-energy bridal celebration. Want to elevate your event? Choose from curated add-ons including post-class wellness beverages, healthy brunch, nourishing snacks, custom gift bags, floral arrangements, and other thoughtful touches designed to create an unforgettable experience.

Our mat-based classes are designed for up to 15 guests, giving everyone enough space to move comfortably and receive personalized instruction.
Hosting a larger group? Standing fitness formats such as strength, sculpt, mobility, or stretch sessions can accommodate additional participants. Contact us to discuss the best option for your event.

Choose from Pilates, yoga, strength training, sculpt, mobility, or a custom blend. We'll tailor the class to your group's goals, energy level, and experience. Modifications are always offered, and our instructors demonstrate proper technique, so everyone feels confident and successful.

Not at all. Our sessions are designed for every fitness level, from complete beginners to experienced exercisers. We provide modifications and progressions throughout the class so everyone can participate comfortably.

Almost anywhere! We can transform hotel suites, vacation rentals, private homes, conference spaces, clubhouses, rooftops, beaches, parks, backyards, and other approved venues into your own private wellness studio.
We'll help determine if your space is the right fit before your event.

Just yourselves and comfortable workout attire.We'll bring the premium mats, props, music, and everything needed for your session. Depending on the class format, we'll let you know if athletic shoes or bare feet are recommended.

We travel throughout Southern New Jersey within approximately 60 miles of Brigantine, New Jersey.
During the winter season, we're also available for select events throughout Vermont. If your event is outside our standard service area, contact us—we're happy to discuss travel options.

Yes! Outdoor sessions are one of our specialties and are perfect for beach weekends, parks, poolside gatherings, rooftop venues, and backyard celebrations.
If weather becomes a concern, we'll work with you to create a backup plan whenever possible.

We recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance, especially during summer weekends and holiday periods

Yes. We partner with local wellness brands and caterers to offer healthy brunches, fresh juices, smoothies, coffee service, wellness beverages, and light bites that complement your experience. Custom packages are available upon request.
